domain not correct

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this. I am trying to sign up with the domain "familytree.elementfx.com". When I say I want this domain, it says it's available. I go through the whole procedure and at the end it says my domain is "familytree.x10host.com". How do I get the domain name that I want and signed up with?

In the top photo you can see it says the domain is x10host, but if you look behind that, you'll see it says elementfx.

I have corrected the domain for you.

Please note that there may be a small delay before this is properly reflected in your account portal and cPanel. Also there may be a bit of time before the domain starts to work properly, commonly within the hour but can take longer.

Thank you for the quick help! Did I sign up incorrectly that the domain changed or was it a system error?

I believe it was a system error, seen it happen on a couple other occasions in the past as well.
