Domain not working at all

Every time I try to get to my CPanel and Domain it says address not found. But im clicking the link for my cpanel and the domain that the x10hosting dashboard provides. It also says Im not suspended. the domain is 1204998.x10hosting.com

Was Apache or HTTP on?
