Domain problem - HELP!

I've problem with my .it domain! I've point the domain on your nameserver but it not work! Can you help me? It's very important!

Hi, well the nameservers aren't pointing to X10Hosting:

Your nameservers are:

ns1.x9d.it
ns2.x9d.it

Change them to:

FROM ns1.x9d.it TO ns1.x10hosting.com
FROM ns2.x9d.it TO ns2.x10hosting.com

I've already pointed to this nameserver but it not work, i'll send a mail to my register....

Some country domains require that the host's nameservers (ie ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com ) be set up with the domain info (ie the IP where litesw.it will be located) before they will change the nameservers.

If that is what your registrar tells you , please include it in your post. The Admins will have to set up the DNS here by hand. Please also include whether you want the domain as an add-on or a parked domain.
