Domain problem

Hello,

We are just about to upgrade to premium our site (bamaweb) but now the site is down again.

The problem has to do with the domain, http://businessangelminorityassociation.com/, is no longer working today (it has been working for weeks)

Also, the control panel does not work, with the following error:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.


An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

Please, can you fix this ASAP?

The domain does not use our nameservers right now which means there's very little I can do to check what is going on, from what I can tell it is entered correctly on our servers though but a domain lookup says it lacks an A entry.

As for the login issues, are you possibly behind some kind of proxy? The DA server seem to see one IP and the SSO page have another listed for the latest login.

It is possible you will be able to login directly into the DA by using https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222 (username there will be the same as here on the forums and password should be the same as you use for the main login.
