I JUST got the exact same thing form my own site, and I just finished editing it. Does this happen often, and then it goes back up, or is this an actual problem?

It's an actual problem it is still down.

There seems to be a basic page loading there now.

Assuming that this is what you put there, it would seem that the problem has sorted itself out now.
