Hi All,

It seems that after the Chopin migration + restore my domain + Cpanel isn't available anymore. Can you please investigate and provide feedback.

It worked fine a few days ago, last suspension + unssuspension or change was from May 20th 2010.

I get the following error :

Hello maniasse,

Thanks for contacting x10Hosting support. I see the problem is on a sub-domain, can you try removing and then re-adding the subdomain for me please.

Hello, i'm seeing your domain is now accessible. Can you please check and let me know if you have any other issues before we close the ticket?

Correct,

Yesterday it was available again, (after going to subdomains in Cpanel) but know I see that after the Chopin upgrade some of my latest data is lost.

I didn't take a recent backup myself because I was not aware of the ongoing upgrade.

Is there a way to automise the backups myself via cron or something to prevent this in the future ?
