Double problem

Hello everybody, i got two problems:

1) I can not upload or upgrade plugin via backoffice, the issue is caused by permission error (no permission to write into wp directory).

2) When i access via web clicking on "open Cpanel" button the server return a 500 error and i can not proceed.

Hi Alice,

It looked like your account hit your initial disk space limit of 512MB. I went ahead and upgraded your account to unmetered disk space; please could you try again now?
