Downgrade to free hosting

My free hosting account was upgraded to premium a while back, and I have decided to go back to free hosting. I cannot re sign up for free hosting since my email address is already in use. Can someone delete my account so i could re sign up, or just reopen my free hosting account?

You should be able to login to the account portal at: https://x10hosting.com/portal/ with that same email and start the signup process from within the portal to get a new account attached to your old forum account.

If you don't remember the password there is a "forgot password" function you can use on the login page.

No the portal is no use. All it says is that my account was upgraded to premium, and there is no access to my account through it. * there is no re-sign up link or anything to get free hosting.
