downloading backups

Whenever i try to download a backup of the site/forums then upload it, its always corrupt and dosen't work

Is this a backup generated with cPanel?

It happens with the cpanel and downloading the backup from the forum admin cp

Are you waiting until you get a email that the backup was complete before you start to download it?

I don't get what your talking about.
What i did was download the back up and then when I upload it later on in myphpadmin it dosen't work and throws off errors

What are the errors that you get?

Shows that something is corrupt with the download

also happens when downloading a file from the forum admin cp

One of the databases you are trying to restore already exists on your account, you must remove that database before the backup will be allowed to create the database with the same name.
