Downtime - again, again, yet again, and even again!

I am currently hosted on another services co-lo server, shared unfortunately, and have been looking for a place to land my several dozen domains and hosting clients.

I decided to go ahead and give a try to x10hosting.com and see just what this company is made of. To date, I have been on your server for less than a week, only to find that the server downtime is absolutely astounding!!!

Stilo (?) is my server and I find that it has more downtime than UPtime! How can a company expect to gain clientele by offering such a poor host? I find it difficult to believe that the service provided on the paid hosting servers is any better than the free. If *I* were to do it, which I have in the past, I would definitely be sure that my free server customers experienced the same type of service as my paid customers as it goes to show what kind of service level they should expect when they convert to paid clients.

Maybe you can shed some light as to exactly why this server is constantly in "offline" service. Is it an experimental server that you guys use to "test the waters" so to speak with updates or ???

Please advise, otherwise, I will pack my bags and continue my search.

Hello, stoli is currently having a lot of issues with abuse accounts. We are doing maintenance on our server for the next 24-48 hours removing all inactive accounts and accounts that are hosting warez/illegal content. After that the uptime should be just like our other servers, our ad-free servers are sitting at around 28-30 days uptime at a time now. We are quite happy with that. Our paid servers don't go down unless we are doing maintenance on it.
The uptime is remarkable and the speed is even greater. If you are looking for good quality hosting for a company i do recommend paid hosting as any free hosting service will never match paid.

This is a request to have my account transferred to another hosting server. I have yet AGAIN, run into more downtime. It appears that your server is mismanaged and there is no sign of resolve. I have waited the stated 24-48 hours you claim that you were fixing the issues, but have yet to produce convincing results that it has been done.

Stoli is very unstable, the ONLY THING I want to do is to try running a simple CGI script, NOTHING ELSE! And I cannot do it.

If I have no resolve of being moved to another, more stable server, how can I test or even become a customer of yours when I can't run a simple script on a free server that is more times down than up!?

Please advise me when you have completed my move.

Free hosting servers are not near a reflection of paid servers.
Our paid servers have a 99%+ uptime average.

Please bear in mind that you will have to downgrade to a ad free account in order to be on a different server.


As Hellsheep said, Stoli is having some issues and we will resolve these. The biggest problem is the same as with all free hosts. There are way to many accounts on one server.
