Hello all.
I have recently downloaded Dynabar 2 and uploaded it to my website in the public area.
When I have called up the designer, it brings up a 403 forbidden error.
What am I doing wrong?

EDIT:
Calling up the dir, http://redhed.x10hosting.com/warehouse has said it doesn't exist.

And I would also like to add that the x10hosting dynabars do not appear to me, just says some error. Help?

I can't see the dynabar folder at your site (just the .zip).

Have you uploaded it unzipped?

Is there a .htaccess file around that could be blocking access?

ok I found the fix.

Upload my attachement (unzipped) to the dynabar rootfolder and the designer folder.

View attachment smarty.zip

The author had forgotten to include the smarty class.

I don't know if it would fix the 403 error but it fixes the error that comes after it.

Try deleting the dynabar folder and upload it again and do as I said.

So I upload it twice?
Edit:
And is the CPanel file manager an FTP?

yes.

Try to do this:

Delete the script from your account. Put the smarty files unextracted in the scripts root folder (the first folder) and one in the designer. Now upload it again to see if it works better this time.

ewww. This shouldn't be happening... Can you post a link directly to the designer?

Can you see if there is any .htaccess in the root folder (public_html) or in the warehouse folder?

Not to my knowledge.

Then again, I can't see hidden files, so how do you enable it AFTER you've said dont show me this again?
Edit:
WoahwoahWOAH!

Got it working!

Thanks!

Issue resolved.
