E-mail isn't working

I've been trying to send a few e-mails with my account info@dreamsurreal.com and I'm having issues with this. Are the servers still having issues with this service? I've tried it in Windows Mail client and also in one of the mail services in x10hosting WebMail. Thank you for your time and patience with this issue.

I am having same issue too.....The emails are not working. Neither sending out nor recieving...... When sending it gives an smtp error message.

Yeah that is the server that I am on as well. I really wish this were fixed....Its been quite a few days since I've been able to send or recieve e-mails. This is a large problem since I'm trying to make peoples dreams come true.

At least the site is still working....if anyone wants to check it out its at http://www.dreamsurreal.com Just don't send an e-mail....I won't get it lol.

I hope this issue is fixed soon.

Sorry to continue bugging about this, but is this issue going to get fixed any time soon? I've had e-mails to send for quite some time now....

My issue is with users entering emails in my php form that I'm not receiving, emails provders like gmail, hotmail and yahoo will not make it to my inbox, however test@test.com will. I have had no problem sending emails from my account however.

I was about to check in on this a bit further when I noticed that there's no hosting account attached to this forum account which makes it a tad bit more difficult to find your account, could you please use the forum account attached for future support requests? That would be the forum account by the name: dreamsur

I'm looking into this right now after having digged up your account.

Oh and btw, I'd advice that you change your account contact email to an email address that doesn't actually depend on your account being in fully working state.

ADD: When you are trying with your mail client, are you getting any errors, if so what are they? What errors if any do you get with webmail?

This is the error message that I am getting when trying to use the roundcube e-mail service. I've also tried using Windows Mail, which gives me this message:

I've set up the server information correctly since it was all working before, one day it just stopped when all of the server problems happened when they were getting full.

I would actually prefer to use the info@dreamsurreal.com e-mail. I've had trouble setting up other e-mail services the same name that would work well for my site. If there is anything else that I can give you to help on this issue I would be more than happy to look into it.

P.S. How would I attach the account to the e-mail in the forum? not important really just want to know.

The contact email of your account (in other words the one you see in your portal and that we would use for contacting you) really should be a third party email address, otherwise we would not be able to contact you through email in the event your account for instance would get suspended. Has nothing to do with the contact email you set in your scripts and let your users know about.

You should be logging into the forums with the same username and password as you have for cPanel in order for us to easily see which account is yours (which does have the specified email as contact email listed).

Okay, I will get a different e-mail for that specific purpose asap. Also, after this issue, I will make sure to have the same username and pass as my cPanel for the forums for any further things that may come up. As for the e-mail portion, could you please just keep me updated on the status of the servers or weather it will be added to the Status Site so I can keep track of it there?
