Quick question,

Does using e-mail use much bandwidth?

I am thinking of using it as my primary e-mail but that means 100 messages+ through it every day.

I will be using a client (outlook)

Not too much bandwidth, but it does also use diskspace. So if your inbox fills up a lot you will exceed your data quota.
