I thnk thats good. But its not as easy as it seems. To get 1000 unique visitors to download a file of 100-400mb is not easy and for me it does not worth the effort

Nowhere its written that you need unique ip-addresses who are downloading your files, read the point 4

This program is flexible too and you can earn more. Suppose, if you have 10 files more then 100MB and all of them downloaded 100 times each, you will earn $10!!

Sounds OK. Especially if they become as big as Rapid ... but to reach $10 worth of downloads means a lot of effort in advertising your links. I think you would do better with some affoliate programs ...
