sohailamir52, this may be a little off topic, but have you coded that approving system your self?

No it's free open source software called Joomla, i customized the template and stuff but i separately added the forms which can request an account upgrade and the form that lets me approve articles.

So if you don't know about Photoshop/Flash, then what do you know?

I am adding an "Others" part of the site now as if i add these as main sections then i would have to change everything on sohailtech.com but any tutorials in the "Others" section are only worth 70 credits though they can be about anything you want and must not be copied, i review tutorials before they are published so i will check to see if they have simply bee copied off other sites.

What exactly do you mean?

Put a button on the user menu like there is for Flash and Photoshop that goes to the form for submitting "Others" tutorials.
I have one written up with screenshots and images.
