Edit a banner for 200 credits

Could someone for 200 credits edit this banner to say BW Innovations in an interesting way. Attached below is what I have so far, as well as the raw image. This should be a 5 minute task easy for a skilled graphics designer.

Not bad, but it is a bit too big and cuts off the leg of the guy. It needs to be a bit smaller.

@zubair12: I basically want a banner made pretty much the same way as the one displayed in the post, but more interesting. How? That is up to you

I was asking for static, but flash is definitely more interesting. Just as long as it isn't annoying it is worth a try.

I am pretty good at graphics design, so if I knew exactly what I wanted I would probably make it myself. The thread should really be titled Creative Design for 200 credits.

The site is coming online within the week, and I still have no responses. Since the banner is already made and all I need is a logo to match the banner better than the one I have already, I would think that 200 credits is reasonable. I will raise the price to 350 for a quick response, final offer.

I didn't liked that green line getting in the way of text so I removed it. Then I added a smooth gray gradient to create a feeling of depth.

I added a place for slogan to fill out empty space and visually improve the image. If you already have a slogan just tell me and I'll make a banner with it or add it yourself if that's more convenient for you. If you don't have a slogan I'll think of something myself

EDIT: Almost all modern websites are 900px wide I thought you can consider following that principle. Another thing is that I didn't liked the aspect ration of your banner, it's too high but not enough wide. So I decided to make 900x200px sample for you to think about it

I'm surprised no-one did anything more "designer-ish" & innovative.

For example, to highlight the fact that "innovations" can mean "bright ideas", why not use a light bulb

in place of the "O" s?!

Just a thought.

@zenr: Thanks for the response, I actually have a light bulb as the site icon.

@leviathon: I would like to fill out the slogan myself. When you are done please send me the Fireworks project file. My site is http://supertwinkie.co.cc/bw until it goes online (needless to say I have to change the color scheme). I plan to have a blacker layout. The banner needs to be 740 pixels wide (slightly wider than before) and slightly shorter. Removing the blue ribbon was probably the best idea, but it leaves a gap in the bottom of the image. Try making the ribbon originate at the bottom just bellow the golden one, and continue on its intended course (sketched below). I would like to experiment with using a serif font rather than sans-serif. And in any case, please take zenr's suggestion and add your own creativity (as you have). I am not completely sure of what I want either

@lemon-tree: Sorry, but the text looks too crowded, and the shadows and effects still overlap other parts of the image.

@loveispoison: Creative, but it doesn't 'fit in' with the image. It looks like it was stamped on. Thanks for the idea.

Absolutely not. Levathon did nothing anyone else could not have done, but have a bit more boldness. I said up front that I was not sure what I wanted, and apparently I was not sure that I wanted the ribbon moved. Just be creative.

This thread is open to anyone who might have a more innovative idea.

I know, not the best art I have ever done but I think the 'idea' is clear. The ribbon should originate below the first, then beyond that line, it should be drawn the same as the original image.

I did. Image i uploaded previously is actually Fireworks editable PNG. Just open it in Fireworks and you'll see.

Fireworks don't have it's own project format (like PSD for Photoshop). It's working with it's own kind of PNG.
