Email and website not loading

Hi, can you please advise when the email server and websites will be useable ( along with ftp access to site ) as I have a charity event coming up and need people to be able to email and view the site.

As per announced at http://status.x10hosting.com/ There is some maintenance going on, which is likely to cause downtime on the affected servers unfortunately.

There is no way of being able to say exactly when your account will be operational again, but the process as a whole should be done by end of next week if all goes well.
