Email not working on wordpress

Email is not working , even I create a new user on wordpress site.
Can anyone please help.

I have a plugin running usually sending email fine and it doesn't work neither.

Hi,

I can't find any recent emails from your account in our server logs. Please confirm that you are sending emails through our mail server (and that you are not using anything like external SMTP).

Hi Dead-I, Thank you for your reply.
All emails sent from WordPress as not from any SMTP, there is sender email address set up within wordpress but it just for users to reply the email to.
Usually , when new user created in wordpress, there is an email send to new user for the user name and password. that didn't work .
