email not working

I've been trying to set up email addresses for a while now and it's never been working. I checked and all the servers are in the green. Actually, since I've obtained this webspace, the email hasn't been working. Help?

well I've been trying since about seven, and I tried again just now. This is what I got:

Message not sent. Server replied:

Requested action aborted: error in processing
451 Temporary local problem - please try later

Hello, the mail server still seems to be down. Obviously there is some issues going on with it. We will try have this issue sorted ASAP.

well when Stoli was completely in the green a little while ago the email protocol still didn't work for me
