eMail-RoundCube not accessable

Email: I am unable to access my web mail via round cube... I seem to be getting an internal server error... strange "SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!
I cannot access from cPanel either.

Yes I am on X15 server also. I opened a ticket yesterday but no word. This happened last month for a long time on my paid account.

all we can do is be patient and wait for @STAFF or an @Admin to reply.
server issues take time to sort out once they are aware of them.

Free hosting does not have a ticket system so not sure where you managed to do that, for free hosting we have support here on the forums and also a discord server.

I have confirmed the error and alerted techs.
