email sent from my camera via x10hosting is no longer reliable

I have been routing "motion detected" email alerts from my home security camera through x10hosting for quite some time. After the mid December updates, they stopped working. I patiently waited and after a few weeks they started working again, on and off but mostly reliably again. For the past two days they seem to cease functioning around 6:30 AM then start working again around 11:00 PM. Any idea why? Any idea when they will be reliable again?

Also, still can't access my account. I see the cPanel button but it doesn't work.

everyone was migrated from cpanel to directadmin.
the https://x10hosting.com/sso/login is not working properly yet.
but if you click the 'quick ftp' you will see new information there,
like your server etc..

Now if you have for example x15 for a server, you can do this.
Go to .. https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/ to open directadmin.
enter your username and password for your account.
(if you have a email address for the username just use the name not whole email address)

you should be able to log in that way.

you may need to edit any settings you had for your email alerts too
because of the newer servers.

My login creds don't work. I can get to here (forum), and I can get into the "old" login page, but the link above (x12) gives me "login details do not seem to be correct" error.

so if you go to https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/ and use
the same credentials that you did at cpanel it dont work ?

do you have an email address as a username?
or is it jakenetx then your password ?

mines an email address i just remove the @server.com on my name
and it works for mine.

you said you get an error... what is it ?
maybe you had to many failed logins and were blocked.
then youd have to ask staff to unblock you.

Tried "jakenetx". Tried email address. Tried email address without @server.com. No go.
The error I get is "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again." presented at the bottom of the DirectAdmin login box.

you login credentials for the cpanel page should work on directadmin.
provided its not in the form of an email address,
its possible your IP was blocked for to many failed logins.
but only staff can help with that.

Still the same. My auto emails stopped again. I cannot log in to DirectAdmin with my old cpanel creds. My password logs in to the cpanel page and this forum fine. I am trying from work and home so it's two different IPs on my end.
How do I get in touch with staff. I haven't heard anything and can't find a relevant support link in the free hosting section.

The correct username to use when going directly to DA is: jakenetx

I'll reset the password for your DA account (will NOT change forum or SSO login page). We're working on a solution that will always allow logins from the SSO page as right now DA does not sync any password changes with the rest of our system.

i was able to sync to my DA to the sso login page without a problem.
im using the same login for both. as per the way you described to me before.
just thought id mention that.
