Email Setup

call me thick but I cant get my email to send since the last update can sombody give me a walk thro of the setting for outlook

Hi Richard,

Your outgoing SMTP email server is xo3.x10hosting.com (port 25 without SSL, port 465 with SSL). Could you please confirm you have these settings correct, and also have Authentication enabled (with your email address as the username).

If you're still having problems, may I ask whether you are getting any specific error message when sending an email?

They seem to send but I only receve them to my BT email or wifes hotmail (from my x10 one) if they are sent using web mail getting no errors just they dont seem to turn up anyware if that makes sence (have also had other people tell me they havent receved emails that I have sent). my settings are currently using xo3.x10hosting.com with SSL on port 465 my user name is set as ..............@durhamalcoholselfsupport.co.uk
