Your account does not show that the email is confirmed, it is possible that the confirmation you got was for the forum account that would have been created at the same time as you panel account (it is the panel account that I see as lacking confirmation of email address).
I have invoked an email confirmation to be sent out from my end, hopefully you get that one at least.

Originally I was able to log into the panel, but then I also got the message that the email address was not verified. When I now use your link in the new mail from today, logging into the panel is no longer possible. It appears:

Now I got the Error code EB05C619A58D6835B, after that the Error code E12102D3A53D16F98, next time Error code E2707A3862728AE89 and so on - whatsoever it means ...
I also tried to generate a completely new account, but that didn't work either. There I received the error message "Error code E6A9F99D591A02D48. Please check out our community forum or our discord server for further information". OK ...

Each time you attempt to login a new error code will generate if the reason for it persists, and also invalidate the previous ones.
The email verification is time sensitive meaning the verification link is only valid for x hours, so it is possible you got them too late, in which case you can only try again.
The code translate to failed email verification, I'm guessing you tried a couple times (it will block after x failed attempts). I have removed the block so you should now be able to login and ask for the verification email to be resent, hopefully you get it properly in time now.
