I'm not sure why people are seeing this issue; it should be enabled for everyone now.

@garrettroyce DirectAdmin has its quirks (if any entry is different from the package itself it see the user as being on a custom package and thus does not recieve changes that are made in the package itself automatically).

@cgbf3 I have enabled SSL on your account now.
