this option is only available if the ssl feature was enabled by staff.

I have enabled SSL on your account.
You'll still need to enable it for the domain(s) you want to use it with before being able to request/install one.

Thank you, I see it on my DA dashboard now.

this option is only available if the ssl feature was enabled by staff.

A user may have disabled SSL, and can enable it themselves, by checking "Secure SSL". That is why I asked, "do you see Secure SSL and is it checked".
