ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED When loading up website

For the past half-hour, after I published my latest gaming post, the website got incredibly slow on both my gaming news website and my gaming community website.

Now when loading in Google Chrome (44 Beta), it just displays

This webpage is not available
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

It is happening for both http://rtgc.jgamer.x10.mx/ and http://jgamer.x10.mx/ . Right before it started crashing, I was getting numerous Error 502 Forbidden errors.

I'd like to know if there is anything wrong with my website. Thank you in advance.

My site (also on server xo2.x10hosting) is having the same problem, so it is probably server-wide, not just our websites.
