You already have an hosting account associated with your forum account.
You are only allowed to have one hosting account.
No the hosting on this forum account got suspended and I don't remember my password or my secret question so I resigned up with a brand new forum account taznia1 and that hosting account isn't working.

You should have the password reset for this one by a staff member and let the new one get deleted. I will have a staff member help you with this.
