Erroneous Suspension

Hello,

I received an inactivity notice in the middle of the night, while I was sleeping. A couple hours later, I received a suspension notice, again while I was sleeping. However, I just logged into my account not even 2 weeks ago, so this should not be happening. When I try to log in and I wait for it to unsuspend, it doesn't do anything when I refresh. I've tried different browsers as well.
