Error 28 on my bulletin board

just installed SMF BB from cPanel
got this error on my SMF BB:

I'm trying to edit the forum with new boards and so on.

I read this from SMF forums:
the error is from the mysql engine.. you'll see this when:
a) not enough disk space
b) quota limit for the database exceeded.

still getting it.

I get the login page properly, so I guess you'd need to log in to see the issue.
I did clear up some space in the /tmp of the server, did that help any?
