Error: 421 Home Directory not available - aborting

Hello,
I am fairly new to using webhosting sites like this.
I tried connecting to my domain using Filezilla but it says it cannot find home directory?

domain name: pds.elementfx.com

Help me please..

Bumping... It's almost a month now and nobody has fixed this.

Home directory is still missing..

@Skizzerz @Dead-i Perhaps you can look into this?

@ytsuki Please post back in this thread from the account that is attached to the domain so we can verify you as the account holder before we do any changes on the account. You should be able to login to the forums with the same username and password as you used on the ftp (your cPanel username).

Sorry for the delay, I was looking into what happened here and how to address it. The easiest fix for this will likely be for you to delete your hosting account and then sign up again. I can attempt an in-place fix to restore your home directory, but I am unsure that it will work due to how our servers are set up. Let me know which you wish to go with. Also, do what Anna said and post from the account attached to your domain
