ERROR 500

I checked my access .ht . I tried the "#" , but I still have the error 500. The path is correct also .

Have you tried renaming the .htaccess file to something like .htaccessblah? That should make it so that the file won't get picked up and from there you would be able to tell if it's caused by something in that file or not.

The file at /public_html/.htaccess has "Options All" within, which is causing this error. Please see this thread for more information:
