When i edit the file config.php with invalid details it seem to not give this error but with the right details it seem to give Error 503 Backend fetch failed

The 503 error you are receiving is caused when a response is not received from your script in a timely matter. At a guess, by looking at your MySQL configuration, it is possible that this is due to a misconfigured database user, as it appears that your database user has not been assigned to a database. Please could you double-check your MySQL configuration and try again?

I have restored the connecter.php to its original file that i used before.
How come that it is still not working ?
