I have forgotten that I have modified this file because problem with my urls.
Now I have come back to the previous file and site works. Bug is come back too but it is less important.
An idea why I see /home/bilp/public_html/ in my urls ?

That's strange. Your site is accessible from that URL as if there's no directory specified in the URL bar. Your site is still accessible without the /home/... stuff.
