I'm trying to get to my cPanel all day. I keep getting this. What's going on?

To be a little more in depth here, I cannot connect into your homepage. My friend has given me the username and password. All day and no luck.

Am I to understand you are actually trying to login? Do you get any errors, if so what are they?
Loading our mainsite works fine from my end at this time, if you can't load it up and are presented with a cloudflare error page, could you please try clearing browser cache and retry the page?

x10hosting is up now, however I still can't get to Cpanel it says it is signing me in then times out and gives the timed out error page.

I had also had this issue all day, now I am able to log in and go to cPanel I just can't get my files to show up under the file manager? What can I do?
