Error accessing directAdmin (open Cpanel)

Clicking on the link to "Cpanel" which should take me to DirectAdmin now gives the following:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.


An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

Any ideas? It did work a short while ago, but I got prompted to change my password and since then it gives the above error.

Where were you prompted to change the password?

Currently DirectAdmin and SSO login does not sync passwords, so changing password on one of them will not reflect to the other causing the troubles you have (we're working on a solution for that).

If you go to https://x13.x10hosting.com and use the username as seen under "Quick FTP" in the SSO page, are you able to get in? If it was directadmin that propmpted the change, use the new password, if it was someplace else, use the old password.
