ERROR: Can't get onto cpanel

When I try to access the control panel this page is displayed, not complete access and just giving error.

What happens to my account?

Mozilla Firefox. I used the same browser to identify with different accounts successfully. The problem, I think, is not the browser.

I still can not access the control panel from my account.
Later will come the problems of account suspension by inactivity.
