I have tried to modify my domain from an x10 subdomain to a full '.co.uk' domain, but get '
Error Code: C085843B
'
The domain I'm trying to modify is
www.jamesstores.co.uk.x10.bz

Tech support seams to be somewhat lackin at x10

what is the domain you want to use?
Have you configured the domain at your registrar to point towards us, preferably by setting it to use our name servers?
