The error is due to you being in a country we currently do not allow new accounts from, if you are an existing user we can of course set an exception.

There i s however no hosting account attached to the forum account you post from currently, so I'd need either the domain or the username to look it up.

Yeah, x12 is not fully restored yet. I should have clarified that you would have been good to go with resetting the password but that the server itself is still under works.
