Error: Could not connect to server

Hey i've been trying to connect to my FTP through FileZilla and I keep getting this error, would be great if anyone could help.
Hey so i got that problem fixed and everything is uploaded in the cgi-bin now, but when I visit the website this shows up.

Hello justjump. You need to upload to /public_html/, not /public_html/cgi-bin
