Did you get that error when you entered the confirmation code?

If that is the case you can send me an e-mail at anna@x10hosting.com from the e-mail you used to sign up with and I'll manually verify your account. Please include your cPanel name and preferably a link to this thread (makes it easier for me to find your account)

I got the mail and have now confirmed the account.

Though it may take up to 36 hours for it to actually be created due to high load.
