Error establishing a database connection

I am having this problem on serbiancarfans.x10.mx, which runs wordpress blog.
When I open my page it says:
Error establishing a database connection

Database on cPanel is empty, but wordpress is installed as it was on server.
Everything was good before migration.
I taught that it was migration problem and that it would be resolved. My website is down for about two weeks, or more.
Please help.
