Error in KENCORY.CA

Hi,

I received this error at about 12:30 EST today after trying to upgrade WordPress and having my admin panel freeze. I now have no access either via http or ftp. The following message is what I see.

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

If my site could be restored from the most recent backup that would be great.

I get the same error accessing my account domain [FONT=&quot]http://kencory.x10hosting.com. [/FONT]I see other people are having similar problems, so I'll sit tight.

Hello,

Your site appear to be loading fine for me at this time.

I recommend that you make sure you have a good backup of your site, we do not at this time have any backups for free hosting.
