Error message.

Hi all,

I went to publish an update of my site and got this message: "Loading data in projectDB Error: unknown error"

Then I got this message:

"STEP4 : Page Structure.

System Error
PEAR DB Error: unknown error
It seems an error has occured, the page you are trying to reach is not accessible. There are 2 solutions.
1. Cache is broken. Click here to auto fix the issue.
2. RVSiteBuilder installation is not completed successfully. Please contact your hosting provider to force update it using

this command.
perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi --force"

What can be done to correct this?

Ok, seems fine now. I am guessing this is something that happens once in a while.

For future reference; something like this can only be sorted by someone with root access to the server in question. I expect a member of the admin team resolved it.
