Hi I am getting this error message when I try to visit my site.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

what server are you on, if you don't know try logging into your cPanel and checking on there side bar thingy with all the info on your account.

Your account needs to be restored from a backup.

That error is due to the server transfers.

Please go to http://support.x10hosting.com, login with your forum login and create a ticket.
