Error on chopin again-website down

Chopin down again, can someone please tell me why its happening everyday i know there was migration etc... but just recently its started goin down every day for last few days. tryin to get my site done for march but cant get into admin area. please alert someone

I think that there may be some load balancing needed since Starka was merged with Chopin. The Service Status in cPanel shows the Server Load running at around 25 (8 cpus) and Memory used around 90% which would indicate a very high demand being placed on the Chopin server. Many posts are also indicating that the max. no. of FTP connections is being exceeded which would add weight to my theory.
