Error processing my request

last day my accout has been cancelled, when my account is terminated, and i try to logging again, i've got this message

I think, i have to re register my account (with same email address) but, i cannot works. what happen, what must i have to do ?????

What error you got when you try to create a new account??

You don't need to use the same e-mail address.

As a result of a terminated account, the account panel does not work, as it was tied to the hosting account that were terminated.

If you don't have another e-mail you can use, post back and I'll escalate it and sort the sign up manually.
