error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system

Hi all, since two days I haven't been able to acces my site, nor the Control Panel.
When logging into the root of the site, it shows an Apache 2 Test Page, when trying to go the account panel through the main x10 page, I get the folloqing error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue

Anybody have an idea what's going on?
