Error trying to activate SSL

Hello, I receive a permissions error when I search on SSL in Direct Admin and try to take the option. Is there anything I can do. In the forum the advice was to start a new thread? Thanks

Look in the domain management section of DA hosting control panel. There should be an option to select "Secure SSL" under the domain you what to use SSL.

If no option is available reply back for @STAFF to activate SSL on your account. If there is an it is active, go to the Account Manager/SSL Certificates section and generate a certificate for your domain.

There is no hosting account attached with the forum account you are posting from, you should always use the one linked (this can be seen in the account panel under profile).
To be able to assist we'd need to know your domain name to look up the account.
