Error when I tried to import Database

I have tried to export a WP-template (database) from one server to x10hosting.com. But I recieve this error.

#1044 - Access denied for user 'torneha2'@'localhost' to database 'id3078945_wp_a750220b7977fb5adde0f4eb0881d619'

How should it be done, so that the database will not be denied?

What other procedures do I have to make so that all files from the old server will function on this server?

You would need to create a database first through the control panel and then import the data into it using phpMyAdmin.

I have never created a database before. How can I do that?
