Errors with account

1) when trying to get access to my account management panel i get the following error: An Error Has Occurred The account specified is missing it's contact email address, this could be caused by one of two things: Either the account does not have a contact email address set, or our backend system has not updated yet. Updates to the backend occur every few hours. my email address should be specified as: mainiacfreakus@yahoo.com

2) i have a sub-domain on my account, but it is functioning incorrectly: swreview.mainiacfreakus.x10hosting.com should point to /public_html/swreview/ however atm this is not working properly.

I don't think I can help you with problem 1, But problem 2, delete the subD, and the folder (make a backup first). And remake the sub. When you make a Sub, it creates the folder automatically. then upload the folder contents to the sub's folder.

Well i see the default index is still in place. That could cause some issues. Your account is now linked i see

yea, the account management panel now works fine, and i got the sub-domain up and running
however now the sub-domain redirects to a page saying that my account is suspended?!?!?

Remove your .htaccess file. I think that could be a problem. Also check the name servers.

How about now, I just removed the "suspended account" part from your .htaccess.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
